Ask these of any AI concierge, including us. The answers separate the real thing from a subscription trap.
- Whose accounts do the automations live in? Correct answer: yours. If everything runs through the consultant's accounts, you're renting your own business processes.
- What happens when I cancel? Correct answer: everything keeps working, and you understand it well enough to maintain it. If cancellation means losing your automations, that's a hostage situation with a monthly fee.
- Will I be at the keyboard? Correct answer: yes, most of the time. If they do everything while you watch, you're buying an agency with extra meetings.
