We have room for 6 concierge clients total, so the service never gets thin. A Company-size client takes two of those seats. When the seats are full, they're full.

It depends on how many of you there are. Solo is $750 a month, Crew (2 to 10 people) is $1,000, Shop (11 to 25) is $1,500, Company (26 to 50) is $2,250, and past 50 we talk. Right now the next 5 clients get one tier down, locked in for as long as they stay, because we're trying something new and want early clients to prove it with us. No contracts, cancel anytime. If a month didn't earn its keep, stop paying. The hub makes it easy to judge.
Because the payoff does. The two sessions cost us about the same whether you have 3 people or 30, but every automation we build together saves hours for every person who touches that process. Thirty people saving one hour a week is 130 hours a month. So bigger teams pay more in total and less per person. A Company client at 50 people pays $45 a head; a Solo client pays $750 for one very expensive head, their own. Small shops get the deal, big shops get the leverage.
