You didn't start your business to answer emails at midnight.

Most small business owners lose 15+ hours a week to admin that has nothing to do with the work they love.

We build custom software for small businesses.

You drive. We build the sidecar.

Built by a systems engineer with two decades across National Instruments, Iterable, WeaveGrid, and Sense — making complex systems behave, before AI was the hammer.

No pitch. No pressure. Just a 30-minute conversation.

What We Build

AI agents, custom apps, and API integrations, built fast by a small team, not an agency.

The technology works.
Nobody designed the system.

74% of companies report no tangible value from AI tools yet.
5% of Microsoft Copilot pilots at Fortune 500 companies have made it past pilot.
84% bolted these tools onto existing workflows without redesigning the work.

The tools are not the problem. Nobody sat down with the business and figured out where they actually fit. That is what we do. We meet you where you are, design the system around your real work, and ship it with guardrails.

You drive. We build the sidecar.

What's in your sidecar?

Before we pitch anything, these are the three questions we ask in every discovery call. Grab a pen.

  1. 1 What hats are you wearing that you didn't start your business to wear?
  2. 2 How many hours a week does admin eat that has nothing to do with your craft?
  3. 3 If those tasks were handled, what would you finally have time to do?

We Built This

Sarah at Supabase was spending 15 hours a week watching YouTube.

Sarah Gold, Marketing Program Manager at Supabase
Sarah Gold Marketing Program Manager
Supabase

Her job is creator outreach. The work was entirely manual: find developers mentioning Supabase in YouTube videos, hunt down their contact info, draft personalized messages, ship them Supabase shirts. Twenty shirts a year.

We built her a sidecar. The agent scouts YouTube twice a week, hunts contacts across six platforms, drafts ten messages at a time. Sarah approves in Slack and the agent sends them.

5x output. 100+ shirts in months. 15 hours a week back. Sarah went from YouTube detective to leading creative campaigns.

Logan built this for Supabase before Shimmer Labs existed. Same pattern, same guardrails, same human checking everything before it went out — done as a contractor for a developer-tools company hiring out work that mattered. The work didn’t change when the brand showed up. It was already real, working, in front of real customers.

How this actually works.

Think of it like a motorcycle sidecar. You stay in the driver's seat. Everything you can delegate, you throw in the sidecar. The sidecar doesn't drive. It handles the load so you can focus on the road.

We build the sidecar around your business, not the other way around.

Anna Moore, Owner of Sweat Yoga & Fitness in Stillwater, Oklahoma
“I hated this place. I was actively looking for someone to buy it.” — Anna Moore, Sweat Yoga & Fitness

Anna runs a yoga studio in Stillwater. Her sidecar handles manual membership modifications and seasonal staff scheduling. MVP live in week one, autonomous by week four. 50+ cancellations and freezes processed to date, including graduation rush.

When the software vendor doesn’t let outside tools talk to them, we build anyway. Sweat’s booking platform had no way for outside software to cancel or freeze a membership. We built a workaround that clicks through their website the same way Anna would — with Anna reviewing anything customer-facing.

So she can have dinner uninterrupted with her daughter.

Danny runs a podcast and webcomics API for indie creators. His sidecar handles distribution to developers inside the no-code tools they already use.

So he can keep building the infrastructure that lets indie creators own their own work.

Danny Mathews, Founder of Taddy (podcast and webcomics API for indie creators)
Kristen Hadley, Founder of TreeBidPro (tree service estimating software)

Kristen runs a tree service. Her sidecar handles estimating and invoicing.

So she can build a community of entrepreneurs in Stillwater.

Each one looks different. Each one started with a 30-minute conversation. No pitch. No pressure.
